        Have never had a bad experience at this location. Today I had a nice chat with Mohammad and he was extremely professional and courteous.

        Says my package was delivered watched the mail lady(because I was waiting on my package) and she never once came to my house. But it says delivered . I see a lot of people have had this problem with this usps.

        Deserves a zero star rating. Very rude. Very unhelpful. Very incompetent when it comes to doing their jobs. Nothing but excuses and blame games from this so called staff. Left with nothing but frustration and a loss of money due to their failure to even help us. My only saving grace is I did insure my package. This location needs a complete rehaul of staff that actually knows what customer service is actually about.
