Southgate Wings & Things

Me and my boyfriend stopped in for drinks last night around 6:40pm roughly and there were about 4-6 people in the whole place. We were given our first drink pretty quickly but after that we sat for almost an hour before being checked on again. I had to ask multiple times for another drink. Then when I did ask for a Blueberry Margarita the bartender told me about some terrible drinks she has tried her hand at and that they didnt turn out well so I just ordered a beer instead and so did my boyfriend. We ordered a 20 piece boneless wings and in about 45 minutes after the cook came out and talked to everyone and complained our food came out but the wings had bones in them. The bartender walked away so fast I couldnt even tell her the order was wrong. It took about 15 minutes for her to get back to us at the bar and she did apologize about the mix up and said it was on her but while eating I opened a ranch container and found a hair. I brought it to the bartenders attention and she just shrugged it off. This has single handedly been the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. Which is very disappointing because the wings are great! But the wait time, explaining how to make a drink, the bartender seeing about everyone else that walked in after us repeatedly without checking on us and to top it off the hair in the food that was not addressed and the order being wrong. Lets not forget to mention I also asked for ranch for my spicy wings and NEVER got it. We just paid and left because the bartender just couldnt be bothered.

Excellent wings , wonderful staff and ice cold beer. Free pool tables . 10 out of 10. Highly recommended. Support local businesses. Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here

Stopped in for a drink. Bartenders and wait time were absolutely horrendous. There were only 4 patrons in the whole place and still didnt get a drink for approximately 20 minutes. There were 2 bartenders! Then sat with an empty glass for another 20. I told the bar tender I was ready for anothershe said ok and then went and did other things, none of which was waiting on the other 3 people at the bar who were empty as well. We all just kept raising our eyes in disbelief at each other. I got wings and onion rings to go and they were good. But I dont see how anyone could deal with the service long enough to even test the food. This is my second failed attempt and both with really really bad service.

Don't get the lemon pepper wings. If you do ask for "light" seasoning they were super salty and I couldn't even finish them. Other than that their buffalo and ghost pepper wings are nice and savory.
