I had a great experience. It was down to the wire on 4/10 with only 5 days left and I realized that I had gotten turned around doing my own taxes. Carolyn saved me and got me out of a tight spot. Not only that, but she did it in only a couple of hours. She took a load of stress that was on my shoulders and cast it aside. I will definitely be back. Also her price was very reasonable compared to my previous tax service.

I have been filling with Jackson Hewitt for the past 4 years and 2 years at this location. I will NOT be back to this location. $594.00 to file with them and 1st year not approved for any early advancement with no reason to be provided for up to 30 days? In that case I could have used turbo tax and did it myself. Literally don't see the purpose of me using ur company. To be robbed of 600.00?

The elderly lady at the front desk gave us wrong information and then started screaming at us. We quickly gathered our things and left. Will never go in this office again.
