Stay away from Eureka unless you are filthy rich and then they may want your business. I closed on a great condo 3 yrs ago. No thanks to them.
I will never forget the way they treated me ("Maria") and looked down on me, like I was just some broke single mom who had no business buying a place.

Do not go there for a home loan!I will never forget the way Eureka's loan officer treated me and looked down on me, like I was just some broke single mom who had no business buying a place. They stalled me and wasted my time for a few months, asking for more and more documents when they already knew they would not approve me! They even insinuated that my daughter's father may not live long enough to keep paying child support due to his age, and that their underwriter would not like that liability! How tasteless! No other lender violated my privacy with questions like this! I finally got approved by another lender and got my condo. But as far as I'm concerned Eureka does not like middle class or poor people trying to buy homes! Avoid.
