Soft Surroundings

Half of my clothing, at least, comes from Soft Surroundings and has, for more than a decade. I have always shopped on line. The service is superior; returns are effortless. Their Outlet store cannot be beaten for quality and price. Most of my clothing from them is cotton, linen or silk, but there is a wide selection of other fabrics. The dresses and skirts often have full linings and many have pockets. I love its quality and the service. The designs and fabrics are excellent. I have received countless complements, too. In fact, my doctor asked me where I got my clothing and I brought her a catalogue.... BTW, I have bought a lot of bedding from SS as well. The bed skirts that I bought grom them are the most beautiful, elegant and durable I have ever had. I look forward to going to the mortar store in New Orleans. It will be like visiting an old friend.

The best customer service in the world! We were road tripping through the states when I passed Soft Surroundings. I fell in love with a white blouse that would fit perfectly with a skirt we bought from the same store in Jacksonville. But there were no more left in my size in Jacksonville. We then came to New Orleans and tried this store, but they did not have it at home either. But because we were going back to Florida, Elizabeth from the this store helped us calling around to the other stores to hear, if anyone had the blouse home. She called several stores until finally someone said they had it at home in my size! So she helped us buy it and send it to a hotel in Florida, that we were going to stay at some days later. She did not only spend alot of her time helping us call around, she also covered the cost for the shipping label !! I have never met such sweet and helpful clerk before. Denmark could learn something from that! They definitely deserve 5 stars and I would have given them more if possible.
