Luxury studios was amazing, I had a wonderful time. The girls are really neat and warming. They made me feel so comfortable , I enjoyed my experience. I love my lashes as well. Go girls!

I received a corneal abrasion from a chemical burn after getting my lashes done here. At the end of the appointment the employee asked me to open my eyes without misting or fanning my lashes. When I told her my eyes burned and I thought something was wrong she struggled for several minutes to find a working fan. By then the damage was done. After several hours of burning despite flushing my eyes I went to urgent care and received prescription eye drops and then had to follow up with an ophthalmologist. The salon was unprofessional from the moment I opened the door. There was no one to greet me. The woman who did my eyelashes did not discuss what I wanted them to look like and disregarded the length I asked for. She called me by another clients name and didnt know what service i was there for. Another employee ate sushi at the station next to the one I was at to the point I could smell the tuna. Ive called and left two messages with the salon because I really dont want anyone else to have this experience and have yet to hear back.
