i spent $120 dollars on flowers abd balloons for my mothers birthday. when they delivered they forgot the balloons and sent flowers that looked completely different from the picture on the website. i called the customer service line and they gave me the loop around till they closed. i called the following day for the lady to only tell me the best she can do is give 15% off. Very unprofessional and will tell everyone to find a better establishment. dont buy here

Dee and everyone at Bella Blooms are absolutely AMAZING to work with! They are able to take a vague idea of what flowers you like (coming from someone that basically only knows what roses and peonies are) and turn a venue into something magical. The flowers at our reception at Il Mercato elevated the entire experience and turned our tented, stormy night into a whimsical and beautiful event. As an aside, Dee is also incredibly conscious of budget, decisive, and makes everything easy. Highly recommend working with them for your wedding!
