        On two different occasions we had a gas leak and although it was an easy fix because they were loosened bolts. They also did pressure tests to make sure there was no other leaks.

        We wait on hold for 1:45 minutes finally get a supervisor that says hello this is Frank and the line goes dead. This is the most disorganized utility to deal with.
