      With over a century of real estate experience, Standard Mortgage has grown from a single New Orleans-based office to multiple locations across Louisiana. Standard Mortgage has established relationships with credible investors including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and other to originate and service mortgage loans secured by single-family properties. These investors provide strong, reliable capital sources, allowing us to finance all property types and deal structures. Our in-house staff includes mortgage bankers, accountants, underwriters, and loan servicing specialists. In addition to real estate, Standard Mortgage is also equipped to handle any residential, commercial, and auto insurance needs.
