    I'm really not pleased with the dealership. (I will preface this with the fact they were understaffed at the time so my long wait is likely due to that alone. They should be cut some slack for this) I knew going there would cost more. People say the dealer costs more but they will have resources, service and expertise. I didn't get that. I had to get it towed there and when I got there I was told I should've brought both keys to the car. This was not mentioned beforehand and I rode in the tow truck 40 miles there so running home to get it wasn't an easy option. However, I could have easily brought the other key with me had I been told to beforehand. I then walked to the closest Enterprise in town to rent a car out of pocket for a few days. I extended twice. I had it for 8 days before returning it due to cost. When I called to ask for a loaner vehicle after seeing this on their site the lady who answered sounded like it was an inconvenience of me to ask her since they only have 10 and they are all out so she would "put me on the list." They did a multi point inspection that looks more like they just checked off the boxes saying things were good. For example all my tires were marked as Green for good tread when right before the mechanical issue I was rejected for an inspection sticker because one of them had low tread and I had ordered a tire to replace it. It was not bald but pretty close. This dealership decided that is was good enough and marked it Green for >5/32". I ended up cancelling the tire order since my car was 40 miles away from my home unavailable to get it put on locally for much longer than expected. I was without my vehicle for 27 days and 20 of them it was parked at the dealership. After periodic calls where I feel both I and the service department were polite to each other my car was finally looked at (understanding that they were short staffed) and I received a short video of the back of my car stating what needed to be fixed which I couldn't really hear. I got a ride there the next morning. That day I drive it back and the check engine light comes on and a completely different code comes up after they worked on it. When I text them the code they text back "catalytic converter , thats not good, that will have to go to a muffler shop for that." So having my car all that time, doing your multi point inspection that doesn't catch this, suggesting to me a $500 service to clean and replace my sparks plugs despite telling you I replaced all 4 right before I turned in the car and you noting it on ticket, and then telling me to go somewhere else for help is really frustrating to me.

    Went to have my oil changed and was notified that I had to watch a video before I could check out. The service technician said my rear brake pads were LESS than 3mm in thickness and needed to be replaced IMMEDIATELY. Also that my rotors were all scratched/scraped up and needed to be replaced as well. $504.14 - I declined the service and took my vehicle back to my home town and had it looked at by not one but TWO different mechanic's who specialize in brakes and both of them stated that I had over 50% life left in ALL of my brake pads and my rotors were perfectly fine. I won't be back. Service: General repairs & maintenance
