They dont have 24 hr customer service and they are not open on the weekends. If your debit card becomes locked or incapable of using after the hours of 5pm then youre out of luck until the next business day. And if it happens on a Friday after 5 then youre just out of luck until Monday. This is the worst bank Ive every dealt with and is currently looking for other options. Because they treat your account as if its their own personal account and put restrictions on it without any notification or reason why it happen. And you have no idea your card is locked, restricted or whatever until you go and try to make a purchase and it declines.

Hard to get in and out of during rush hour due to next to highway. Dont get there near closing time. They say sorry cant help me already closed. West Monroe locations are more friendly, helpful, and not in a rush to get out of there
