        Terrible customer service. Never got back with us about the land we were interested in. We told the listing agent we wanted to make an offer once it was on the market and he never called us back. We reached out to him multiple times over the course of WEEKS and we had to find out the property was sold already by having the new owners knock on our door. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

      Well, let’s see…I personally spoke to your husband several weeks ago saying what the price range would be when the property went on the market and that the sellers would welcome offers based on what that market price was. The current “buyers” haven’t bought it. They have made a deal to buy a portion of it. If it doesn’t work out for them, you’re welcome to buy that same 30 acres (not just the 10 acres your husband wanted that I told him was not doable the way he wanted it) at the market range that land will sell for. Sorry that didn’t seem to work. - Pat Porter
