NELA Roofing

Using NELA Roofing for a new roof took the stress away from what I thought it would require knowing we needed a new roof and ceiling repair. Only 1 call to our insurance company and 1 call to NELA was all it took. Justin handled everything else. The roof was complete within a day and half. The work crew was very nice. They even had to tarp the roof in an area before the repair. Great service. Need a new roof? Call NELA and ask for Justin.

As a first time home owner and dealing with having my roof replaced for the first time, they were very helpful and informative. Their contractor Travis walked me through the process, kept me updated, and they got my roof finished in only a few hours. Would definitely hire them again.

Justin did a fantastic job. He worked with us and our insurance. He did the leg work and I just picked the colors. The crew showed up and went straight to work. They finished and made sure they cleaned up all the mess and left nothing lying around. The next day another guy showed up and did another sweep with the magnet to make sure no remaining nails were left. Highly recommend using Justin as your rep. He responds quickly to texts and phone calls and knows the process.

December 2023, we had a massive hail storm that affected every home within our neighborhood. Needless to say, there was an overwhelming amount of roofing companies that were knocking door to door trying to persuade us to use their company over everyone else. As a business owner with a degree in business/marketing, I appreciated the fact that NELA Roofing has invested in their brand by ensuring that their employees drive a company wrapped vehicles, & are dressed in monogrammed attire along with their personalized hand written notes. These little detail lets you know that if they are willing to invest in their brand then they are willing to invest in you as a customer as opposed to an unmarked vehicle or using a $20 magnet on the side of their truck. What I appreciated most about NELA Roofing was that they never once tried to "compete" for my service but rather listened to all of my concerns & addressed any questions that I had & initiated a plan of action. Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable, & courteous of my schedule. He worked diligently with me along with my insurance adjuster to ensure every little detail was repaired & my roof was exactly how I wished. I'm so glad that I chose NELA Roofing when selecting my new roof! I also asked Andrew to check out the roof on my rental property in a different area. He offered me a damage report with a clean bill of health, so that reassured me that he had my best interest in mind & he was not just another salesman trying to sell me a roof that I did not need. I highly recommend NELA Roofing, & thank you so much, Andrew, for your outstanding job as my project manager! Their entire staff is top notch & I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be using them again for all of my roofing needs.
