Terrible internet for a terrible price, too bad its pretty much the only option out here. Would never recommend unless its for an internet company to stay away from. $120 a month for super fast speeds which include a whopping 4mb/s when the internet isnt out which happens probably twice a week. The customer service isnt help is the cherry on top.

Horrible customer service from Ms Sandra. They rely on being the only people in the area that can supply decent Internet, so they upcharge everyone and mishandle certain customers ( black). They literally are the worse! Never in my life have I had to deal with such an unethical business. They are so rude and nonchalant.

The internet is fine but we dont receive all the channels we pay for ie. ESPN, ESPN2, and others.

I had a problem with my internet and tv cable not working.A very friendly and knowledgeable technician came out and within 20 minutes he found the problem and repaired it.This is the reason I do my best to use locally owned companies.Thanks and a job well done.
