        I always receive the best service from Standard Mortgage. From the start of the process of pre-qualification/application through the life of the mortgage, everyone is extremely helpful and respectful. I am the type of person who wants a lot of details and to follow the numbers to the penny. Therefore, I imagine it takes a lot of patience to deal with me and my never-ending line of questions. I highly recommend Eric Weller located on the North Shore in Mandeville. Virna Bays from his office is top notch. And I have now recently also had the pleasure of working with Donna Kennedy from the New Orleans main office. They are all personable, professional, knowledgable, and make me feel like a valuable client. Because of my interactions with Eric, Virna, and Donna, I highly recommend Standard Mortgage to all my friends and family without hesitation.

      With over a century of real estate experience, Standard Mortgage has grown from a single New Orleans-based office to multiple locations across Louisiana. Standard Mortgage has established relationships with credible investors including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and other to originate and service mortgage loans secured by single-family properties. These investors provide strong, reliable capital sources, allowing us to finance all property types and deal structures.
