        Towed my car improperly ruined my transmission and refuse to take responsibility. Stay away from this company they were given detailed instructions and did not follow those instructions and now my car can’t even be driven cuz they refuse to fix it

        The driver who was dispatched was definitely in a hurry. He ran a stop sign in my neighborhood at 40mph in a tow truck. Very impatient, insomuch that he was operating the tow trailer with me still in my vehicle. Was on the phone the whole time. I refused his rude service and reported to BMW roadside. They will mess up your vehicle!

        As Tulane University students, my friend and I recently experienced the unfortunate event of having a motorcycle stolen. Thankfully, the police found it abandoned on the highway, but it was no longer operational. This is where Ismael stepped in, towing it back to his shop for us. When we arrived to collect it, we were met with nothing but kindness and support. Not only did Ismael charge the battery for us, but he also provided invaluable advice and guidance. He took the time to educate me on towing services and patiently answered all my questions. Ismael is genuinely a great person who goes above and beyond.       First of all you are a lier….Upon arrival you pointed to the driver not to back up on your driveway, driver put the flatbed down so he can drive the car on the truck, you took it upon your self to drive the car from your driveway to the flatbed, he told you to stop because you almost hit your rim on the rail.You were rude and used fowl language and when he spoke to you the same way you don’t like it and said to him not to talk to you like that, respect is earned, you don’t expect me to respect you if you don’t respect me. Then MY driver refused your call and told you to get your car off his truck. Not the other way around. Shame on you for lying. Just because you are privileged and have a nice car does not give you the right to treat people like they are less than you.
