I initially reached out to the insurance company on Feb. 19th. Since that time, I may have spoken with 4 different people trying to receive a quote and no one was returning my calls. Not until last week, I decided to try them once more and was put in touch with a very professional and courteous person there, Stephanie Johnson-Morein. She has been AMAZING! She follows up on what she said she would, she went right out to the property to take photos, she emailed quotes, and she texted me her cell in case I had any follow up questions. I had a sudden problem with my policy because the issuing carrier received it back as undeliverable and were going to cancel the policy. Sara worked with me immediately to get the needed documents and got the issue resolved immediately.
