They've lost my business for good. Brought in a weed eater to be repaired and they called to say it was ready, then could not get it running after changing numerous parts on it. Once they called back to say it was running, I had to go to work so was unable to use it. It sat in my shop when I went to work and once I returned home, I attempted to use it and could not start it. I returned it to them and was charged an additional $60 for them to repair it when it was never used since the last time they repaired it. The trimmer was not a year old and apparently not covered in any warranty they offered. From now on, I'll be taking my business else where.
