I used to work for them. Not only is the owner a tyrant and treats his employees like garbage (he'll call and ask a question, if you don't answer him immediately, he hangs up on you and will call back and if you don't have the answer still, he'll fire you), they also own a LARGE portion of rental properties. In the summer, people were calling about broken AC. To which the owners reply is, "I don't legally have to provide air conditioning, just heat. It gets fixed when it gets fixed." With no sense of urgency of helping those people. I refuse to do any sort of business with this company because of the things I saw as an employee.

These guys always get the job done and respond quickly. Even though they're 20 miles away, they treat me like I'm a neighbor. I've been using them for 15 years now to take care of all my properties.
You can really count on them!

Very unprofessional. Paid to get a gas leak fixed wasnt completed after we already paid over 1000$. Called back the next day to let them know the gas leak was still there they did not care and had a attitude. Horrible work ethic. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing leak repair

I can't really rate them yet, but because it had been a full week and they have not called me back I'm going to write a 3 star review. I hope to change this to 5 stars once I make contact with someone and service is performed
