When my husband and I began looking for a home, we didnt know what we really wanted or what we were even looking for. I somehow got lucky and connected with Colby through Zillow. He was so professional and sweet. And knew what he was doing for sure. He saved us from purchasing a home we werent nearly satisfied with. He worked endlessly finding us homes to look at. He was there with us every step of the way from looking at homes to signing the closure. Were closed and moved into our dream home no thanks to him and his team. And he still reaches out to us to make sure were satisfied and everything is going as planned. If youre ever in the market for a new home, you wont be disappointed with Colby Richard. He made it a smooth, easy, and enjoyable process. Thank you Colby. Youre amazing at what you do and an amazing person in general. I got lunch next time

We worked with Colby to buy our starter home. Colby made what can sometimes be a stressful experience, so light and fun! He was always available to talk and ready to go to a showing!
He played such a big role during the start of our family, he has become part of it.
