Toula Title - Auto Title & Notary

Paid for a replacement title never received it through the mail when I check back they play dumb horrible place to go no refunds making me pay again you don't really save time it's best to just go to the DMV I was never told there was a 60 day refund window I was told to call back in 30 days when I talked to her staff they told me to wait another 30 days knowingly putting you past the 60-day refund window not fair business practice it will be reported to the BBB in the morning

I would drive over 100 miles to get service like this. Luckily is only minutes away in my home town. Transfered a title in less than 20 minutes. Also, Mrs. Chassion was the first person to take the time in explaining how to get a copy of a lost title. I will only use her when I need mobile notary services from here on out!

Great experience! I went in on a Saturday and, even though they were pretty busy and the only local title place open that day, the two behind the counter were very diligent, hard workers and did a great job with everything! Very friendly place, will definitely go back!

Bought a car out of state and had them send all the taxes/information to Toula here. No wait and quickly in and out! Shane was concise and professional. Will be back for any auto/license needs I have.
