        I used my AAA service on 9/11/22 . A driver from Cooper was assigned while towing my vehicle the driver damaged my vehicle so I immediately called AAA to let them know what happened they assured me that would handle my damages but neither of the cont has attempted to repair my vehicle to this day causing great stress because I had to place my vehicle in a repair shop and both companies refuse to talk to me or even give authorization to the repair shop to fix my vehicle which is gonna cost $800 ( estimated) and because of this my vehicle is just sitting there which will only take a day to repair! I never used this company and I never will again theyre rude and unprofessional. My name is Janie Armstrong not Adaryl McDowell he has used this company in the past with my phone number thats why his name shows instead of mines and I dont know how to change it.
