I usually have a good experience with this wash, but this morning I didnt. Im a Rockys Member and this is my usual location. I went to run my car through the wash this morning before work. The man directing me to pull forward was probably about 40-50 years of age. He was watching me pull forward and I hear an extremely loud scrape. I realized I had skimmed my hubcap against the metal bars. He shook his head and LAUGHED at me. One of the workers says is it broken?. He said no. When I got out it was indeed broken and a chunk is missing out of it.
He watched me skid my hubcap across it and didnt even bother telling me where to go until AFTER Id hit it.
Giving 3 stars because the management and other staff is usually nice.
