Dollar General

I noticed yall took the general managers number off the front door . Im sure hes sick of hearing it. Employees always complaining about having to work. What work ? Sitting outside RIGHT in the front door smoking cigarettes aint working hun.

My neighbor Got permission from manager to dump trash when making her kids pick up trash on hwy 22 than they call police on her and come go to her home scaring her kids as domestic violence from her ex so her kids are Terrified of police and than this after asked permission, had to go get trash and yes did wrong by putting a box in there that was hers from her car but god call police when D R Horton is dumping dishwashers and such there. Horrible people this time of year. When asked all they had to say was no. She asked first and only once a week at most but now let garbage pile up on 22 as she will not have her kids do it ever again.

Constant problems with their cash registers. Often the registers are off line, as well as, their automated register either taking only credit cards or only cash at times. And, its not uncommon for their freezer section to stop working and its contents removed because of spoilage. Its ridiculous. And, if you need a refund, you can forget it. I was overcharged 3 dollars which the cashier confirmed to the manager. Youd think that would be easy fix. Nope, even the manager didnt know how to process a refund. They asked me to keep my recipe and come back the next day to speak with the owner. Wheres corporate management??? Wheres corporate training?? This is a new store. Youd think theyd be on top of this to insure a successful opening. Have they not noticed that more often than not, when you drive up the first thing you see are huge signs plastered across the entrance saying registers broken, card only. Invest in quality equipment. Train your employees and pay enough to attract quality employees because this Dollar General is a train wreck and way overdue for an on-site visit from corporate to address issues from top to bottom.
