        Just wanted say thank you to the kind, knowledgeable, helpful lady who answered my call in Pharmacy at 9:13 this morning. Didnt catch her name but THANK YOU for taking the time to go the extra mile for me this morning. I normally use Hammond Cvs on W Thomas but I am in desperate need of my heart medicine. They couldnt give me any information on my medicine or where I can find it. I called Ponchatoula and they so nicely found it close to me to pick up. I love great customer service!!

        Ive never been to a CVS with such unhappy and unhelpful people in the pharmacy. 85% of my interactions with them are clearly an inconvenience. They dont tell you when they dont fill your prescription completely so check your quantities before you leave. All inquiries seem to be a significant bother to them. I need to find a different location. Im sure they would prefer that.
