        Dr. Allen was great but his office personnel is the most incompetent staff I've ever dealt with. They will leave you on hold for a few minutes and then hang up instead of asking to call you back. They will tell you to come in but don't bother to schedule you for that time/date. I was already frustrated after finding out that I didn't have an appointment for the day I was told so I left after about 20 minutes of waiting. Instead of just letting me walk out the door, the person at the front desk has to tell me "go ahead and leave mad". Not very professional in my opinion.

        They literally won't call you back. I had 1 appointment and got concerning blood test results and NO one will call me back to discuss them (its been well over a month and I've called in and left messages). If you want a doctor who cares about your health I'd go literally anywhere else. I'm very disappointed in my experience here.
