I'm sorry miss Sheri, but I cannot put a second coat on all of the railing for free. The original estimate was for 1 coat on the railing when we were just doing polyurethane on the steps and rails. We added staining the steps for free because of the gift of the furniture. As much as I appreciate the furniture it does not pay my bills. Since we stained, now it needs 2 coats of paint on the step kick plates, risers, spindles and banister posts. When Mr.David was offshore last time you were a little hostile toward me about the price for the work on the stairs even though Mr. David had happily agreed to the price already. I think part of the problem is I give David the estimates and then they're not everything that you think they are. It's eight hundred dollars for a second coat of paint on all those trim pieces on the stairs and it's a full two days of work. I would have done it for half price and met you all halfway. You have kicked me from the job, kept the final payment and given me a bad review just for trying to talk to you about the additional work. It's disappointing that we could not come to a mutually agreed upon arrangement and the steps were left incomplete. I worked on your house for 2 months straight and thought we were friends. You gave me a glowing review for my previous work. It is regretful that it has come to this.
