image I got an informed delivery of one of my bills on Monday. Today is Thursday. Where is my bill? This happens frequently. So to say that I am angry is true.

Jeri Crabtree on Google

image I tried to call only yo be sent in circles. Wait time 35 minutes is ridiculous.

image I never have any issues until I receive a certified mail. They scan it and code that I rejected my certified letters. They've done this twice. An I've had to go to post office to pick up before the Fraudulent mail scanner steals my mail. An nothing is done about it. This office is waiting for a suit.

image Today I spent nearly 3 hours applying to work at the post office or deliver mail. Then the website said I had to take an evaluation. It was a half hour evaluation asking questions about customer service, co-workers, work environment, etc. the site then told me that I had failed the evaluation and listed all of my applications as rejected. So I wasted half my day only to be told I was ineligible because of a half-hour multiple choice test where literally every answer seemed like the same answer just written differently. I cant help but feel like this is a civil rights violation. Youre not even letting people apply based on what an automatically scored online evaluation says before anyone even looks over their work experience, college degree, etc? The mail delivery workers are constantly complaining how understaffed they are and having to work late hours and deliver mail late, but the computer can just reject peoples applications automatically based on a silly evaluation? People shouldnt be judged off evaluations unless they are just to see if you can read and write. How are you supposed to hire people if you reject their applications before even reading them? I couldnt get a hold of anyone with USPS so Im posting this here.
