Wesley Daniels is a slum lord. Hasn't set foot in my apartment since the day I signed the lease 3 years ago. Will ignore you when you need damage fixed, or for anything really till it's time for rent. God forbid you actually try to hold him up to the lease terms, then he gets all angry with you and won't answer the phone at all.Attempted to get his bank information so I could pay via direct deposit, purposely ignored every attempt at communication for two months and slapped a 5 day eviction notice on my door after being out of state for work for a month. Told him it'd be physically impossible to move everything within 5 days, either I needed an extra couple of days or I'd have to go to court in order to get everything gone. He knew what he was doing, he wanted to force me out without my property so he could claim it. Told him I'd drop the keys off the next day, he made a point to go out and get a court summons that same day and slapped it on my door as I'm moving the last bit of furniture out.Buyer beware, this isn't the realty group you're looking for. The owner has been made aware of the situation and has zero interest. All they want is to charge you top dollar for a substandard, and in my case unfinished upon leasing, home. They will not answer your calls, they will not address any problems, and most importantly they won't insure your agent is actually doing their job.Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my experience, [email protected].
