We have been wanting to stay here for a while for a weekend. While passing through from 3 hours away, we asked to drive through with just our vehicle just to scope out our future stay. We were informed we are "not allowed" to do so on weekends.. So we will not be staying here and will gladly stay down the road where they were obliged to let us tour their campground.

I have stayed at this RV resort 5 times. It has always been awesome except for this last time. I know it is early in spring and unheated pools and natural waters may not be very warm. With that being said the resort tried to make an adjustment to the normal rules and allowed children into the heated adult pool. Thats a nice idea except not all adults want to be around splashing and inconsiderate children. The rule change had the pool open to children from 10-3pm but however was not enforced for the first 2 days of our stay. They tried to enforce it on the third day however they were met with a lot of resistance and argument from the parents who ignored the rules for days. This led to a very unpleasant and nasty round or arguing with staff and other guests. We also called ahead to make sure all amenities would be available and were told yes. The pool bar was not opened to first 2 days of our stay. I know this all sounds petty but you expect To get things that you are paying for. The children were not even suppose to be in the hot tub and apparently because of the lack of enforcement of the rules the hot tub was shut down because of all the kids being in there. Any way I think I little more thought for ALL guests and actual enforcement of rules will make this a good resort again but right now and very regrettably I will not be returning for the foreseeable future.

One of our best camping experiences we have had in a long time. Management and staff were very nice and helpful. So nice, peaceful and sooo much to do. Kids had a blast with all the amenities available. 10/10 Highly recommend!!!!
