        1 cook, 1 waiter. VERY SLOW, and TOO SLOW too so for a limited lunch time. We ordered a rost beef poboy ( was sliced roast beef, not slow cooked and shredded, and 2 lbs of boiled shrimp. The shrip was boiled to order, which was nice, but needed more seasoning. It took 15 minutes to get a water and an iced tea.

        The food and service was great! The restaurant has an interesting mix of themes. There is country music playing and videos on the TV. The menu is split into two categories Vietnamese and the normal Louisiana fare of fried seafood and poboys. I had the com thit nuong which was excellent. My wife had the ultimate club sandwich with a side of gumbo. The gumbo was great with lots of sausage, chicken and hot sausage in it. They also do smoothies and we split a strawberry cheesecake smoothie which was delicious. We are definitely planning on coming back

        Delicious food and amazing service!! We got there at 7:45, not realizing the closing time was 8, and they still welcomed us in and let us order. Oh and definitely need to try the strawberry cheesecake boba !!
