I went there twice to get a phone , and yes still no phone . I was not even recognize as a customer.

Jay was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He was very familiar with his products and coincidentally, his personal phone was one of three phones I had researched. He made sure that everything was transferred properly and accurately. Thank you Jay.

Mine and my kid's phones got cut off late in the afternoon one day due to personal reasons relating to my divorce. I went into this location 30 min before closing frantically looking to start new service, so we had a way to communicate. As soon as I went in, everyone was very friendly to me and very helpful. The guy that helped me was amazing. He was very patient and never made me feel like I was a bother or like he had to rush. That meant a lot to me, being that I was already so stressed out. He helped me pick out a phone that I really liked and made sure I got the right service for what I needed. And he was there with me over an hour past closing during the transfer from my old phone to my new one. Not once did this man seem irritated. He also made sure i knew about all of the promotions going on while still being very understanding of the things I told him about my financial situation. I'm now a Verizon wireless customer for life and will also be a loyal customer to the Verizon wireless location in Port Allen. Thank yall so much for giving me such a wonderful experience. Y'all rock!!!
