I walked in i guess during a morning rush, felt rushed to order, asking questions about the oatmeal before I purchased because i never had it and wanted ti try it.
I specifically asked does it come with oat milk, the answer was no but we can charge you. Im like fine no problem.
Next, I asked what type of nuts were in the nut mix most baristas are familiar with the products and ingredients this one just said uh idk its just a bunch of mixed nuts i know almonds are in there because i asked if there were almond..
I finally decided to order, but i should have just left and tried another location.
Ordered my oatmeal and she asked did i want a receipt i said yes, as i checked out my receipt i noticed she didnt charge me for the oatmilk! Its like she was just focused on trying to rush customers out instead of being intentional about the order. Then i had to go back and ask for brown sugar because there was two packs of cane sugar in my bag( not what i ordered)
