When we initially met with John, the local representative, we were impressed not only with the product, but John as well. No hard sell, just the facts, explaining in detail the products used, warrantees etc. As we had interviewed several other products/ providers, this helped us greatly in making our decisions. On installation day, the two installers arrived exactly on time. They were courteous, professional, explained what and how they would be doing, etc. Upon completion they made sure everything was cleaned, no debris or dust was left anywhere. The floor looks fantastic. We had a group of friends over for Thanksgiving yesterday, only 3 days after the floor was completed. Everyone raved on how good it looked. One in particular is having an additions room being built in his garage and is very interested in having the same type of floor installed in the new room. Thank you John and to your crew. I got Garage Experts of Baton Rouge to do the epoxy flake floors in my garage over a month ago and it looks great and is holding up so far. I'm very pleased. If I remember in a year or so I will update the review. They had the best prices around and some of the best reviews compared to every other company in the area. John and his team did an incredible job. The garage floor epoxy covering is stellar. Looks like a million bucks. The work is meticulous. The team was careful about every step of the process that it would go right and on time. John is an amazing communicator and he responds immediately to any query and is always proactive about contacting you. His team was super friendly to talk to and very informative about the process of laying the garage floor. I have a shiny beautiful showroom quality floor now. I love it. John and his crew, Jonas and Brandon, we very knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job installing the epoxy coating on my garage floor. They were flexible with my scheduling and got it installed in a timely manner. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Would highly recommend to everyone.
