        I lived in the Summit for 3 years. It was very well maintained. A beautiful property. The staff was very responsive and kind. I enjoyed living there and would highly recommend it!

        Recently toured this property looking for an apartment for our son in May. Love it! Everything outside was so pretty and well kept. The apartment we were shown was lovely and will be perfect for our son! The Manager took is around and was so friendly and made us feel welcome! Not looking anywhere else!

        Decent place to live if you do not need anything from the property management team. I lived here for two years, the management team here is condescending and never get anything done properly. my roof was damaged during a storm, and it took them a little over half a year to fix it. They will also try to charge you extra when you move out, and you only have a week to communicate with them before your account is closed. It would not have be a problem if they can do what they said they would on the phone, but they don't.
