Great find! First time here. My wife and I have stayed at lots of B&B and this one rates high among the top ten; comfortable and quiet rooms; veteran discount much appreciated; great breakfast; outstanding host. Highly recommend. Yours truly, Army Sergeant Major and faithful wife of 40 plus years

What a charming place this is! My daughter and I arrived on a freezing cold night on a trip from Atlanta to Austin. When we woke up there was snow and ice everywhere. John made us a fabulous breakfast and all the coffee we could want. We knew if we needed to stay, he would take great care of us. We soldiered on but I highly recommend this lovely place (and I can be picky). The rooms are unique, the beds are comfortable and the service is welcoming and hospitable. I hope to return.

A most delightful little treasure of a place tucked away in the middle of town, but with a secluded feel, bedecked with period furniture and decor and hosted by a lovely staff and an owner who makes you feel right at home.

My mom and I stayed here when I needed to be at the hospital in Shreveport early in the morning. I couldn't have imagined such a delightful little place existed, tucked away so close to the highway! The staff, the decor, the atmosphere... Perfection!! Too charming to describe - you have to see it for yourself!
