Try and get someone on the phone, It is almost imposable. I had to chat with them and they transferred me to different department over and over asking the same questions and was never able to solve my issue. They offer no customer service. The company is going down hill fast. Going to At&t.

The lady with huge eyelashes was rude and unfriendly. She raised her voice during the conversation. At some point she turned on the music, and when we asked her to turn it off because we were trying to figure out the terms of the contract, she simply turned down the volume slightly. My wife and I will never go to this place again and unfortunately, because of such employees, our opinion of the verizon company as a whole has deteriorated.

Complete disrespect and non working knowledge of products. Customer service was horrible I asked for a galaxy tab 8 and she brought me out the equivalent of what you can get with an Obama phone. Please have a shareholders meeting to replace these folks.

My phone had been going straight to voicemail. Katie quickly helped determine it was my phone. She was able to get a discount on a new phone and a lower monthly payment. This has been a great place.
