This place does not have good customer service they slow an the don't help u when u try to renewal ur license I had to go all the to another city to get my license renewal an I did not have a appointment just walkin an got my license the same day LA auto title Services is fast I was seen in 5 min an got my license an they have good customer service this place needs to close down they have poor manager to they don't help black people this place is racist

Monday Dec 19th 2022, a very wet, rainy and dangerous to get to and leave that facility due to excess traffic. Early that morning went to file loss of title and to put in sons name. Nice Lady said wed have to have release of lien from bank(pd off 2014). Had to wait for that person at bank to come in from dr visit. Finally received release. Son was leaving work, walked in at 255 ish. Explain front desk person the scenario. As she was typing she looked up and said oh well its 3:00 and we close at 4:00 so we cant see you today. Im like its 3 oclock my sons coming Bert Kouns now can you at least put us down just in case there is time. She would not do even that. There were only 5 people in waiting area and what looked like 4 or 5 separators with workers behind her. I wouldve been happy waiting to take chance to be seen as there was a complete hour. And if not I wouldve known it couldnt be done. Go to bossier express by Ralf and Cacoos much nicer and close at 430. Or book an appt with the actual DMV. It didnt take long at all to do it. Smdh

Watched the manager call a 76 year old lady a liar and accuse her of forgeryand none of that was true. Waited 45 mins to be seen only to be told I needed my SSN card and marriage certificate when I asked the lady at check in to make sure I had what was needed but was ignored. This place is trash. Go to the DMV!

They don't tell you that they don't take any walk in after 3pm.i drove 30 miles to get here for an ID. Had to get a ride and it cost. Very disappointed.

The lady working the sign in desk ask if i had a appointment . i said no ma"am she said what do you want then ! i stated i need a title transferred into my name . " LET ME SEE WHAT YOU GOT THEN !!! " very rudely . then she said .. "DIS ANT WHAT YOU NEED " I had a title in the persons name i bought it from and a bill of sale and a copy of his drivers license . all was signed and notarized . I have bought and sold over 250 cars in my life time personal and i have also worked for dealerships for over 20 years in sales ! I will never use this title place again. i driver to bossier and bring in the same paper work and with in 15 mins i have my registration in hand and title is on the way . If i was the owner of this company i would have a talk with my employee that is costing them money because i am sure i'm not the first or last that has had to deal with the attitude and lack of education .
