Treva's Flowers

I am in town from California to care for my mother who is getting treated for cancer in Shreveport. My sister and I went in search of some flowers to brighten up her hospital room and came across Trevas flowers. All we had was contactless payment, so we went in search of a different florist, but she very kindly came out with a fully made arrangement and let us take it free of charge! That act was so loving and kind, and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Highly recommend!

On one of the worst days of my life" The Viewing of my Mother(Jannie Martin Gudden)" the Florist chosen to prepare the most important floral arrangements THE FLORAL SPRAY (Treva's Flowers) was a total DISAPPOINTMENT. The Floral Spray was anything but FRESH, it appeared USED and upon questioning Ms Treva's all she said was "I use fresh flowers "All I (MS GIDDEN'S DAUGHTER) CAN SAY IS NO YOU DIDN'T.!!!! And then you....Ms Treva's left without a word and no consideration for the families Emotional state"HOW RUDE".

Outstanding customer service. My loved one was being laid to rest in Natchitoches, which I thought might be an issue. She assured me she would take care of me and she did! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Treva's Flowers.
