Sales lady is faux helpful. Meaning she's fake and phone in her general delivery of being helpful. Manager quite apathetic and uninterested. I bought 24+ candles and 1 rang up higher. I said I'll put it back. Checker turns to get the manager and says this customer would like to know why it's higher. Y'all how did, "I'll put it back translate into I'd like to know why it's higher?!!" Sincerely, I didn't care. I'm buying more than 2 dozen. 1 won't stop the show. Then, I proceeded to return to shop and chose glass lanterns. She offered to help being them to the truck. They didn't have boxes nor coverage for these items so I ran to the truck to get Ikea bags and cushion. Proceeded to pack things and she said I'll get 1 side of the bag since it'll be too heavy. I said no worries this is a sturdy bag. Would you just get those & pointed to the glass we didn't pack in the Ikea bag. Her reply: oh I can't leave. If I had the energy I'd return it all. Instead, I took all my bags to the truck right at the door and watched her not call the next person in line to check folks. It was Saturday after Thanksgiving and plenty rain everywhere. Nice to see Kirkland's still in business but their systems are due for an overhaul as they move GLACIALLY slow and I was baffled by the employee uniform of black T-shirts. Shoulder shrug.

I love this door less impressive post covid but still good, be prepared to have your or nose overloaded by fragrances though.
