Holiday Inn Express & Suites Shreveport - West, an IHG Hotel

***** BE AWARE OF THE GERMS!!! I stayed at this hotel trusting the brand. However, this is one of the most nastiest and filthiest properties I have ever stayed at. The towels are NOT washed even when the policy rules that whenever a towel is left on the floor, it MUST be replaced with a clean and fresh one. I realized a towel had a kind of glue, so I did not use it, and I left it on the floor under the sink. The next day, I was surprised because the same towel was left hung on the bar, and it was not replaced even when it was left on the floor. This is a health issue. The toilet is one of the most disgusting I have ever found. Watch the video, is this fair for what they charge per stay? Ihg must take action on this. This property is pet friendly. Can you imagine what you sleep with? Animal hair, feces, etc. DO YOU THINK BED SHEETS ARE REPLACED BETWEEN ONE CUSTOMER AND THE FOLLOWING ONE WHEN THEY DO NOT REPLACE THE TOWELS AS PER THE POLICY? IT IS A DISGUSTING HOTEL.

Rooms: My stay wasnt pleasant at all. This place needs to be renovated! I do not recommend this hotel as what you can see on the pictures attached. The decision is your is if you want to stay here or not. The door itself seems to have been forcefully access to and chairs fading, rusty lights, bathroom and vents are dirty and walls in the bathroom had been rashly done. The only good thing was the dainty ladies who clean up the room to make up the unworthiness of the place.
