Made a verbal appointment, when I showed up on the agreed time, the diagnosis and work to the Autocrane in question was resolved while I waited, with plenty of good coffee and cordial staff.

I dropped off my new 2022 Ram 4500 at the Shreveport location on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, for a hotshot bed install (approx $7200). The following Wednesday (30 November) my truck was moved to their Longview location at which time I was informed the bed was mislabeled in inventory and another bed would need to be shipped from Oklahoma (180 miles away). By the 7th of December the bed had not been shipped so I cancelled the order and had my truck returned to Shreveport; it was returned the following morning. I am sure if the transportation cost could have been passed onto me the bed would have been shipped pronto. By the time I called on the 7th the bed in Oklahoma had not even been loaded on a truck for transport. Water under the bridge, but what angers me still is: my new truck was not towed to Longview, but rather driven (120 miles round trip, more than I had driven it), neither the diesel nor the DEF were topped off, my two ratchet straps used to hold the temporary board with mud flaps were not returned, and finally when I picked up my truck the only thing said was "sign here for delivery of your truck" and "have a nice day". This place was recommended by my Landers Dodge salesman, but I would not recommend them to anyone.
