        the staff in Shreveport La is terrible rude as hell, don't have a clue on what's going on and about every other month call claiming you owe a note and you have to go back to your bank and prove you don't I believe the are stealing the money from the people that make that extra note. Paying that loan off and will never do business their again

        My experience in the office of Mariner Finance was excellent. The personnel was extremely friendly and courteous. I would have given the experience a 5-star rating had I not had to wait so long. The total time to process the loan, after having filled out an application, was a little over 3 hours, and this is waiting time. Can something be done about the lengthy waiting time?
