Looks like the vast majority of your reviews are written by employees or former employees. That is completely against Google's Terms of Service and completely unprofessional from a marketing agency. Any digital marketing agency should know that it is wrong and I consider it fraudulent. Why should someone do business with a company who takes such shortcuts. I would have given you 0 stars if I could. Plus no way are all those reviews organic. Meaning some higher-up at the company likely requested for those employees to leave those reviews. If your agency would stoop to such low levels, then who knows what other shortcuts you would take in business as well.
