Worst pharmacy EVER! If I could rate 1/2 star, I would, and they don't even deserve that! My doctor sent my prescription at 3:12pm today, we came through the drive thru at 4:37, CVS said they still didn't have it. Called doc's office, they double checked that it was sent at 3:12 (it was). CVS still insisted it's not in their system. Pull around to parking lot, call doc's office again and asked them to please call CVS to straighten this mess out. Keep in mind that I recently had major foot surgery, can't walk very well at all, and am in excruciating pain during this fiasco. By now it's almost 5pm. I get out, drag walker out of back of truck and hobble into pharmacy, have to go all the way to the back of the store. Rude pharmacist now confirms that it IS in their system but it's not ready and is going to take a half hour or longer. (They've had this for over 2 hours!) Just RIDICULOUS! And they did the EXACT SAME freaking thing yesterday with my husband's prescription!!! Kept saying it wasn't in their system, while the whole time the doctor's office says they did get it! We live an hour and a half from Shreveport, it's not like we can go home and come back in 30 mins or so.... We knew we had to be back today for another doctor appointment, so we left and went home. They didn't even have his prescription ready til almost noon today! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. If we weren't forced by our insurance company to use CVS, I'd never spend another penny in a CVS store!
