Edit: My house burned down and i called them 5 times over several days. They were highly recommended by someone over maintenance at a local hospital who uses them. They never answered the phone, never called back, didnt respond to text messages. Don't bother Called them near the end of the day for an emergency and he was very nice after putting me on hold three times. He called me five times to ask me mundane questions and said he would arrive at a certain time. Then called me from the job and said he couldn't start without me signing a form but it was a rental property so I told him I could be there in a few minutes and he basically told me his guys were tired and wanted to go home and the former was just an excuse. We agreed to meet the next morning and he never showed then lied and said he was there but left. Don't even bother calling this guy. He has an aw shucks good ol boy personality but isn't honest or reliable.

The prompt response I received from Putmans was awesome. They were quick to come out, assess the problem and work up their estimate. Due to asbestos issues in my older home, they were unable to actually do the work for me. From the initial call to the end, everyone I dealt with was great! I was extremely overwhelmed with the situation. My case worker, Colin Harper, was beyond amazing! He took the time to listen to me, he responded with empathy and directed me in the steps to take to solve my problems. I felt like I was treated as family and I will be forever grateful for the comfort and peace of mind Colin gave me. Putmans will always be my recommendation to anyone needing help with restoration.
