Dr. David Bech and his staff are friendly and great at their jobs. My former dentist didnt take my insurance anymore. After starting here, they are taking the time to do things correctly that were not done by the former dentist. Everyone in the office knows you by name and are very polite. I am glad i made the switch and it was an upgrade!

I didnt even get a chance to meet Dr.Bech, I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist today over the phone when I was trying to become a new patient at his office. I have an HMO plan and was not aware that the insurance assigns you to a specific dentist. I wanted to choose Dr.Bech though and it wasnt going to be a problem to call my insurance and get this figured out. The lady on the phone sounded very short and kept repeating over and over again that I have to call insurance company and that she could not help me and why dont i want to go to a dentist that my insurance has already assigned me instead. I told her I didnt want to go to my assigned dental place. Im trying to be your client and instead of being welcoming she kinda just brushed me off telling me to call my insurance and figure it out. Im not saying that it was wrong to say that I need to call my insurance Im just saying that this could be handled very differently especially if a person wants to become your new customer. Not a good look at all. Oh well I guess I have to find a different dentist.

Doctor Bech and his staff are kind, considerate, caring, and gentle. I highly recommend them
