Not a resort style apartment nor does it have high end amenities. Stoves are electric coil vs flat top. The countertops fall apart from water damage. We had issues twice when the drains backed up from the upper apartment and overflowed the sink and all over the counters. Mold was growing behind the showers. A maintenance man yelled at kids across the pond. Brought it up to management and he started being rude towards my family. The same maintenance man has/had a camera pointed towards the pool from his balcony. Brought this up to office staff nothing was said. Emailed corporate. All he did was hide his camera behind the curtain during certain times but if people were in the pool it was unhidden. This part they posted online couldn't be any further from the truth. "To give you the resort-style living youve always dreamed of, we have a 24-hour gym for your workout routines, and a cabana lounge and grill area for outdoor parties and gatherings.". I have personally seen the maintenance man go get another worker at night time while the residents are bbqing and kick them out cause they all didn't live there. They weren't swimming and weren't bothering anyone except the maintenance man. You are better off living in Lake Charles or renting a home in the area for the money.
