Unique Designs

We had an arrangement sent to us. While it was beautiful at first glance, we noticed some of the flowers were wilting within the day. I took the dead ones out on day 2 and noticed they were cut too short and wasn't even in the water. These flowers should have lasted more then a few hours. And the writing on the card was scribbled and misspelled. Would never recommend this shop.

I received flowers for Mothers day 4 days late, when they did get here at 6:30 Tuesday night they are wilted and brown. To say they were a 90.00 arrangement is sad, I would not recommend this florist at all. I can't even give a star!!!! But was unable to post without leaving 1 star

My elderly mother has a thick Korean accent and was disappointed when other florists wouldn't work with her to achieve her vision. Scott at Unique Designs was so patient with my mom and created a beautiful bouquet for my wife who was grieving the death of her father. Scott, thank you so much for your kindness and excellence! Ordered an arrangement several days ago through FTD. Whoever the delivery driver was that was making the delivery for Unique did not attempt to hand deliver the arrangement to the recipient (who was home) at the door. Instead, they placed the arrangement inside an outdoor postal/package box at the road that holds heat, and mind you we are in the middle of summer. By the time the arrangement was found, it was too far gone and did not survive the rest of the day. I called FTD and they assured me that Unique would redeliver the arrangement the next day and provided them with an additional phone number to ensure that they would contact someone before attempting the delivery. Well they did not attempt to contact anyone and instead tried to deliver anyway when the recipient wasnt home. I called FTD again to setup yet another delivery attempt for the following day. On this third day, Unique did not attempt to deliver or contact the recipient at all. I had to end up filing a dispute and getting a refund. All in all Unique Designs gets an F for their customer service and ability to properly deliver flowers. I will not be using them again.
