During Hurricane Laura we received a letter that our State Farm agent of 26 years retired and didnt know where our files went to. Called the office number and found out that Sharon Galicia is now the State Farm Agent located in that office, however our policy went to another agent in another office and no one contacted us to let us know. We were able to have our policy transferred back to her office so that she would be our agent. In the middle of trying to file a claim after this devastating storm it was a blessing to have such a compassionate agent on the phone with us. Sharon went above and beyond to assist us with our claim and within the same day receiving a call that our claim got elevated and the next day it moved so quickly with the new adjuster...five days later already received a check for business interruption. Still working on our claim for losses but now it is less stressful having an agent and her staff working in the best interest for us and I know for others. Thank you Sharon we appreciate you and your staff!
